1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GAS (GameVault) platform operated by GameVault at the GameVault marketplace and gamevault.blueforge.studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You may register using Google, GitHub, or email/password. You agree to:

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the marketplace and asset hosting services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • 무단 액세스 시도
  • 불법적인 용도로 플랫폼 사용
  • 스크랩, 크롤링 또는 자동화된 사용
  • 자산 재판매 또는 재배포
  • 어떤 활동도 참여하지 마세요

4. Intellectual Property

귀하의 자산 You retain full ownership of all assets you upload to the platform. By uploading assets, you grant GameVault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your assets through the marketplace as part of the service.

플랫폼 콘텐츠 The GAS platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of GameVault. The .gas interchange format specification is open and freely usable.

DMCA We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid takedown notices. If you believe your work has been infringed, contact us at hello@blueforge.studio.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase or registering as a seller, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.

  • 자산 가격은 판매자가 설정합니다
  • Revenue sharing: sellers receive 85% of each sale; GameVault retains 15% as a platform fee
  • 판매자 지급은 처리됩니다
  • 모든 판매는 별도 안내가 없는 한 최종입니다
  • Gamevault는 다음과 같은 권리를 보유합니다.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GameVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to GameVault in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any assets you have purchased will remain accessible per their license terms. Pending seller payouts will be processed according to our standard schedule.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
